Heh, that’s an answer you rarely expect, poor Ada; Khimaera seems to have a hard time keeping up with his feelings about everything, unfortunately his turtling up could have a better timing. (VERY nice composition to draw attention to the “earlock”, btw) Feldon senior seems a hardass, I wonder if she’s going to be of any help to Ada in regards to Cross or the poor girl will be stuck between the classic rock and a hard place.
Fun fact! When I was drawing this page I forgot what Ada had asked and thought it had been “is something wrong”…so I wrote “no” and then I was like OH, WELL, OKAY. But I like how it turned out in the end!
Elida is…complicated. Definitely a hardass, not the best mom, but she certainly doesn’t want her daughter marrying a Thederin. That said, there’s not much she can do about it…
